Katie was initially hired as a stew/crew chef; however, after we faced an emergency, she took over purser-related responsibilities with great success. She handled every aspect of accommodation, food, and interior repairs, as well as any other tasks I asked her to manage. She also knows how to cook, and her food is on time and tasty.
Character & Professional Conduct
Excellent work ethic, never had a single complaint from her or her colleagues. Took over many night watches and frequently worked after hours to get her tasks done.

Katie is the type of person that you can delegate and she will deliver. I would certainly work with her again.
